Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt

The hotel was ideal, the room was fantastic and I liked pleasant staff. The venue's position was very central. The venue had an excellent restaurant which had good food.

The room was compact, newly renovated and included central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. It had comfy beds and an awesome view of snow-cladded mountains. The hotel had an amazing location minute walk from Mountaineer's Cemetery.

Everything was simply amazing. Had a really good stay at this well-located hotel, thoroughly enjoyed location and staff. The restaurant was good at the entrance area, we ordered delicious dishes.

The place was quaint and perfectly clean, it had excellent location and staff. Lots of options for breakfast including slices of fresh bread, eggs and cheese.

The bed in my room was a bit hard.

Its location was very central, just walking distance from Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge. It was a charming hotel in a nice enough area. The restaurant was great and the staff were informative.

I recommend this place. Everything there were good, including early check-in from 3 pm. I was offered a room with magnificent views of snow-cladded mountains. I greatly enjoyed that there were a huge variety of facilities in the room such as: a mini-bar, central heating and TV set.

it was not expensive hotel and we had a very pleasant stay. the room was well cleaned, breathtaking, located in the extremely comfortable area. great service from useful, polite stuff members.

Liked staff and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, the hotel itself was clean. The breakfast offered eggs, fresh bread and cheese, was with home made jams. The venue was located in the heart of Zermatt.

Fair hotel, extraordinary views, family atmosphere. The room was delightful and delightful, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the best, they served fruit, eggs, cereal and bacon. We liked efficient service provided by appalling staff.

Totally good experience. The hotel had a very central location and it was within walking distance of Stellisee. The property was in a shopping area. The staff were decent and ready to render an excellent service.

There was a nice lobby. Had cool room with a mountain view, connecting balcony plus soaking tub for an unforgettable stay. The hotel had a very convienient location, close to a railroad station...

Overall enjoyable stay. All good - I loved my stay - food was awesome and my bed was large. And it also had absolutely superb view. The location in a cute area was ideal and there were stores and lovely stores nearby. Hospitable service throughout too.

Plentiful breakfast, very quick check-in and extremely helpful staff. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. I asked for a tradition double room and the one I was given was pleasant and airy. I liked the very comfy bed. Daily service was welcoming too...

We liked our stay and recommend this hotel. Always immaculately clean place with just great staff and unbeatable location. The views were absolutely gorgeous! Pretty lobby. There was a good restaurant, stores and a market next door.

Everything was brand new, it's overall clean and fine hotel. Amazing customer service too. Perfect location, just a walk down to climb walk.

It was a peaceful hotel, I would stay here again. There were a market and stores around the venue. I loved delightful room, the bed was soft...

My room had not great view.

Amazing staff, freshly prepared breakfast, perfect for celebrating birthday. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. There's Restaurant Arvenstube within 5 minutes walk or so, liked their menu. Lovely view. The stay was absolutely great.
